Returns Policy

Returns must be made within 14 days of the item being received.

The item(s) must be returned in the original condition. Item(s) must not be worn, washed or show any sign of use. Returns that are received in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted.

How to make a return

We will then get back to you within 2-3 working days with instructions on how to start a return.

When sending a return, please add a note including your order number, name, address and the email address used to place the order. Please make sure all returns are not worn, washed or show any sign of use or they will be rejected and a refund will not be issued

Exchanges

Make sure you measure your pet and double check your sizing before placing an order. If you are unsure of sizing please use the size chart shown in the product information.

If your order arrives and you have accidentally ordered the wrong size, please send us an email and we can arrange getting the correct size to you. If this is the case, we cannot guarantee the size you need will be in stock so please double check before placing an order.

We recommend you carefully try new items indoors, in case you need to return them.  We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not in perfect, re-saleable condition.
